Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to authorized users who access the Platform (for example, employees and approved collaborators) and to the data processed by the Platform in the course of managing advertising campaigns on connected accounts and web properties. The Platform is not open to the public and does not offer accounts for self-registration.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the Platform:
- Account information. Name, email address, role and the credentials used to authenticate, including two-factor authentication details where enabled.
- Login and technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps of sign-in activity, used to secure accounts and maintain sessions.
- Operational data. Campaign configuration, reports and performance metrics generated while using the Platform.
- Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies used for authentication and to keep your session active. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising on this Platform.
3. Data accessed through Google APIs
When an authorized user connects a Google account, the Platform accesses advertising data through Google Ads and Google Ad Manager APIs in order to manage campaigns and generate reports. This access is granted by the user through Google’s authentication and can be revoked at any time from the user’s Google account settings.
The Platform’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the Platform’s campaign-management features for the connected account, is not sold, and is not used for advertising unrelated to those features.
4. Data from managed web properties
The Platform may collect aggregated analytics and measurement data (such as page views and ad events) from web properties operated by us in order to evaluate campaign performance. This data is used for measurement and optimization and is not used to identify individuals or sold to third parties.
5. How we use information
- To authenticate users and secure access to the Platform.
- To manage advertising campaigns and connected accounts.
- To generate reports and analyze campaign performance.
- To operate, maintain and improve the Platform.
- To comply with legal obligations and platform policies.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the Platform — for example, the advertising platforms we integrate with (Google Ads and Google Ad Manager) and our hosting and infrastructure providers — and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the Platform.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements. Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized users, protected by role-based permissions and two-factor authentication, and data in transit is protected using encryption. While we apply reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
Authorized users may update their account information from within the Platform. A connected Google account’s access can be revoked at any time through that account’s security settings. To request correction or deletion of information held about you, contact us using the details below; some residual data may remain in backups for a limited period.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Contact
For any question about this policy or the data we process, contact us at [email protected].
